January 6, 2008 MacHouse has issued a rare security warning. Internet users are advised to avoid any website displaying dottunes.net's orange Flash ad. Some copies of this Flash ad may be altered such that one will be redirected to malware-scan.com's malicious website and infected with a computer virus known as Downloader.MisleadApp. Unfortunately, dottunes.net and ad companies including AdECN have not taken any decisive measures to stop this exploitation.
January 5, 2008 This website may not be 100% compatible with Apple's Safari web browser. If <div align="center"> is used in a Server Side Includes code, Safari appears to ignore it, keeping a Flash-based ad or an image aligned to the left. Changing the code to <div style="text-align:center"> doesn't solve the problem. Wayne T has contributed to the finding of the problem. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do to fix this alignment problem.
